Want are your rental rates?

First off we should mention that we do not rent rooms. We are a discipleship program that provides housing as one of the benefits. You are not a resident or tenant. You are a member of Fairhaven House. Thus yoy pay membership fees, not rent.

Double-Occupancy Bed: $500 month
Single Occuoancy Bed: $600 month
Studio: $750 month,

Above prices includes all utilities including Cable TV, WiFi, in-house computer, phone, laundry facilities. You provide yoru own meals. House members cover the cost of cleaning supplies and toilet paper, normally $5-$10 a month.

There is a $200 Application Fee/Deposit also. $100 is refundable if leave on good terms.
