Flight Path House
This house is our most recent house located in Seatac. We specifically leased it so that we could have a house for women. We currently have several openings in this house. It has two Double-Occupancy Rooms, and two Single rooms with one bathroom. It has a laundry room and on site parking. All rooms are furnished.

it is located a few blocks from Tukwila Light Rail station.

Double-Occupancy rooms are $500, Singles are $600. Price includes all utilities. There is Cable TV, WiFi, on-site computer, and phone service.

Tenants prepare their own meals.

The managers, a married couple, live in the daylight basement.

There are three chickens in a small chicken coop at this site.
